1. Identity of the Data Controller and contact details
Rushmoor Borough Council is the data controller for the personal information you provide on this form. We need your personal information to keep you informed about future events and activities on the leisure and cultural hub or Farnborough town centre and how you can get involved. The law allows us to use your personal information in this way with your consent. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting our communications team and requesting removal from our list and your personal information will be removed.

If we need to use your information for any other purpose, we will normally inform you before using it, unless we believe you know about the new purpose already or there are legal reasons that prevent us from telling you.

We will not share your information with anyone else unless we are required by law to do so.

Your data will be held electronically and will not be stored in a country outside the UK. All paper records containing your personal information will be held securely in our filing systems and archives.

9. Why we need your information and the consequences of not providing it
We need your information to keep you informed about future events and activities on the leisure and cultural hub or Farnborough town centre and how you can get involved. If you do not provide it,
we cannot keep you informed about them, and we cannot inform you about future events. If you do provide your information, you may withdraw consent at any time by contacting our communications team and requesting removal from our list and your personal information will be removed.
