The Wellesley housing development is under way and will provide up to 3,850 new properties and will be home to around 11,000 residents, bringing skills and a boost to the local economy.

The £30 million Farnborough International Exhibition and Conference Centre offers a 12,500sqm exhibition hall which is large enough to accommodate three football pitches. Surrounding the exhibition hall are ten conference and events areas, bringing the total amount of flexible space to 20,000sqm. The opening of the Exhibition and Conference Centre is an important milestone for Farnborough, boosting the borough's status as a major business hub.
