A small team of Rushmoor staff look after the day-to-day management of the company. Bridges Estate Agents is the managing agent and the direct point of contact for tenants and contractors.
How the company is set up
The company is a separate legal entity to the council. However, we retain control as sole shareholder and through its governance structure. The board of directors has overall responsibility for business activities, risk management and company finances.
