About the Rushmoor Development Partnership
The Rushmoor Development Partnership (RDP) brings together the council and our development partner, Hill Investment Partnership Ltd, to deliver our major regeneration schemes in Aldershot and Farnborough.
We established the joint venture partnership in November 2018 following a selection process in the summer.
What this means for our regeneration programme
The partnership has allowed us to bring in substantial private-sector experience to help drive forward our regeneration programme, which is particularly important for our more complex town centre sites.
It means we have been able to press ahead more quickly than would otherwise have been the case with our regeneration ambitions for Aldershot and Farnborough.
