Rushmoor Borough Council is the data controller for the personal information you provide on this form. We need your personal information so that we can contact you, via email and/or phone with updates on the Heart of Farnborough Group and information about what is happening in Farnborough town centre. Our lawful basis for this is that you have given us your consent to do so.

If we need to use your information for any other purpose, we will normally inform you before using it, unless we believe you know about the new purpose already or there are legal reasons that prevent us from telling you.
4. Will you pass my information to anyone else?
We may share your information with other teams within the Council such our town centre management team. We may pass information about you to third parties where required by law to do so.

Your data will be held electronically and is stored on our servers in the UK. All paper records containing your personal information will be destroyed.

We will normally keep your details for the period that we are sending out information relating to the group. 9. Why we need your information and the consequences of not providing it
We need your information so that we can provide you with updates on the Heart of Farnborough Group and information about what is happening in Farnborough town centre. You do not have to provide us with your details, but if you do not provide them, we will not be able to send you this information.
