What happens when you call us out-of-hours
A member of staff will answer your call and advise you on what we can and cannot do. We may:
- Arrange for the problem to be dealt with if there is an immediate and significant risk
- Give you information and contact details for the authority that can deal with your call, if it is not us
- Advise you that the incident is not an emergency and refer your call to the relevant service to be dealt with on the next working day
