Residents in Aldershot and Farnborough are being invited to give their views in Rushmoor Borough Council’s annual household survey.

The survey asks residents how satisfied they are with Rushmoor as a place to live. It also invites them to identify the five things that are most important to them, as well as the five things that they would most like to see improvements to in the local area.

Over the last year, the council has been busy with activities to improve its town centres including organising more local events and boosting its markets and craft fayres with some external funding. Through the survey, it would also like to know if residents have taken part in any of these activities and if they think that they are making a difference to the towns.

The council will be using all the information gathered to help develop the council’s priorities and inform how services are delivered.

The survey is available on the council's current consultations page and around 1250 people have taken part so far, but the council is keen for as many people as possible to take part before the closing date of Friday 12 July.

Anyone who needs a paper survey can request one by calling the council's customer services team on 01252 398399.
