Our senior citizens' forum is open to anyone aged 60 or over, who lives in Aldershot or Farnborough.

Our forum brings together local groups, organisations and residents and gives a voice for older people in Rushmoor. It also gives you an opportunity to have a say on some of the most topical issues affecting the local area.

The forums provide an important opportunity for us to listen to older residents' views and priorities as part of the process for improving, developing and reviewing the services we provide - particularly those that affect senior citizens.

Councillor Diane Bedford is the Chairman.

The forums are held twice a year, with one meeting at the Council Offices in Farnborough and the other at the Princes Hall, Aldershot.

Next meetings

  • Wednesday 10 January, 2024 at 10.30am in the Concorde Room, Council Offices, Farnborough
  • Thursday 27 June, 2024 at 10.30am at the Princes Hall, Aldershot

New members are always welcome and if you would like to attend, you can turn up on the day or contact the forum organiser, using the contact details below, for more details.
