We have 5 different meeting rooms that you can hire at the council offices in Farnborough. We offer rooms for you to host small meetings to events with more than 60 people.
Our rooms for hire
All our rooms are available for hire from Monday to Thursday 8am to 9pm and on Friday from 8am to 7pm.
They all include guest Wi-Fi and flip charts.
Costs
- Concorde Room (various set ups for up to 60 people) - £35 per hour
- Wellington Room (boardroom style room for up to 14 people) - £15 per hour
- Vulcan Room (boardroom style room up for to 14 people) - £15 per hour
- Council Chamber - £30 per hour
- Montgomery Room (boardroom style room for up to 10 people) - £10 per hour
Refreshments (including hot drinks and water) cost £1 per person. We can also arrange lunches for an extra charge, from our external provider.
What each room offers
Concorde Room
This is our largest room and has the capacity to host up to 60 people. We can set this room up for you in a variety of ways, to suit your meeting:
- Boardroom style (28 people)
- Theatre style (60 people)
- Café style (30 people)
The room has 2 protector screens and a TV on the wall, with connections for most laptops.
You can host Microsoft Teams hybrid meetings in this room, with a camera that displays the whole room and speakers to broadcast the meeting.
This room can also be made larger, as we have a moveable wall which opens into our Wellington Room. Please speak to our Facilities Team if this is something you are interested in.
Wellington Room
This room is in a boardroom style and can hold up to 14 people. It has a projector screen and connections for most laptops.
Vulcan Room
This room is in a boardroom style and can hold up to 14 people. It has a TV screen and has connections for most laptops.
You can host Microsoft Teams hybrid meetings in this room, with a camera that displays the whole room and speakers to broadcast the meeting.
Council Chamber
The room is pretty unique and can be used for training sessions where attendees sit around the room looking at a screen the presenter. It seats up to 40 people facing the screen.
It has a projector screen and connections for most laptops.
Montgomery Room
This room is in a boardroom style that seats up to 10 people. It has a projector screen and connections for most laptops.
