How to vary your gambling premises licence
Download and complete the vary a premises licence form.
You need also need to include:
- The variation fee, please see our gambling fees and charges
- Plan of the premises
- Existing premises licence, or a statement why it is not enclosed
You will also need to send a notice to responsible authorities of application to vary premises licence to the responsible authorities, advising them of your application, at the same time as you submit your application to us.
