Please make sure you have read and agree to our terms and conditions, before booking your garden waste collection.

Our garden waste recycling collections are once a fortnight, on the opposite week to your blue recycling bin.

You should place your brown garden waste bin(s) or single-use sack(s) outside your home by 7am on your collection day.

Your bin(s) or sack(s) must be put outside your subscription address. They cannot be collected from another address.

We can only accept the following in your brown bin(s) / single-use sack(s):

  • Grass clippings
  • Weeds
  • Prunings (no greater than 10 cm / 4 inch diameter)
  • Hedge cuttings
  • Leaves
  • Cut flowers
  • Wind fallen fruit

We do not accept the following in your brown bin(s) / single-use sack(s):

  • Turf
  • Soil
  • Stones
  • Food scraps or peelings
  • Animal bedding
  • Animal waste
  • Paper
  • Ashes
  • Any other household waste

If your brown bin(s) / single-use sack(s) contain any items we do not accept, we will not empty it. You will need to remove these items and put your bin(s) / sack(s) out again on your next scheduled collection.

The annual subscription service is for a 240L brown wheelie bin and lasts for one year.

The garden waste annual subscription and purchase of single-use sacks are non-refundable.
