These will give us a better understanding of local needs, issues and opportunities, and will help us make sure that the new plan is based on clear and up-to-date evidence.
We have not published any evidence studies yet. We will update this page as and when new studies are published.
The evidence studies may focus on topics, such as:
- Housing
- Employment and the local economy
- Town centres and retail
- Climate change and biodiversity
- Infrastructure and community facilities
- Transport
- Gypsies, travellers and travelling showpeople
- Open spaces and sports provision
- Landscape, heritage and design
- Flood risk and water management
- Local Plan viability
