The Places That Link Us at Harvest Festival

Saturday 13 September, Farnborough

Barbara and Judita, the local artists behind The Places That Link Us, have spent this growing season alongside the Hawley garden community - digging, weeding, watering, and exchanging stories. The artists will unveil a new outdoor wooden sculpture at the upcoming Harvest Festival. Inspired by their time in the garden. The artwork also features woollen growing baskets crocheted by garden members and the wider community at Mayfield Community Centre. On the day, the artists will host a garden-themed performance and free craft activities for everyone to enjoy, alongside all the family fun of the Harvest Festival.

Rushmoor Pride

Rushmoor Pride is more than a party - it’s a celebration of inclusion, visibility, and the rich cultural tapestry of the borough.

Operation Secret Agent, outdoor adventure game

Operation Secret Agent is a mystery solving outdoor puzzle game...

World War II is over, but our secret agents are still trying to escape from enemy spies! One of our best operatives should have come home but has gone missing. Does your team have what it takes locate our missing agent? Your team’s mission, should you choose to accept it, is to journey across the town centre, questioning undercover spies, uncovering clues, cracking codes and solving puzzles. Will you be able to solve this 1940’s mystery in time?

Operation Secret Agent is a mystery solving outdoor adventure game, where teams or families work together to crack the case. Teams will travel on foot between clues, solving the mystery as they go.

A team can be made up of between two and a maximum of ten people - one ticket secures your team time slot. The game is best played by groups with children aged seven and over, however younger family members are welcome to join your adventure. Groups of adults are welcome and encourage you to set-up a competition with another team of agents! All children must be accompanied by adult aged 18 years or over.

Your game will take around one hour. Secret start locations will be revealed via email!

Times: Book a game between the times of 11am and 3pm. Time slots are every 15 mins. The game takes up to 1 hour

The Time Machine - outdoor family theatre show

Irene the Inventor is lost in space and her time machine is ticking her off. Every second counts, so can you help her in her hour of need? Watch out, once she clocks you, she will whisk you off to a Victorian school room, a Roman invasion and even take you as far back as the time of the dinosaurs. So, hold onto your pants because this is an adventure not to be missed.

This free show is a hilariously interactive adventure packed full of fun and is suitable for ages 4+.

Times: Shows at 12pm to 12.45pm and 2.30pm to 3.15pm. Please arrive 15 minutes early.
