Abandoned shopping trolleys
If you come across an abandoned trolley, you can report it to us.
Abandoned shopping trolleys from supermarkets and DIY shops look unsightly and can be a hazard to pedestrians, motorists and wildlife.
We can collect, store and dispose of trolleys as well as recovering the costs from the owner.
Report an abandoned shopping trolley
You can report an abandoned shopping trolley using our Love Rushmoor website:
Many supermarkets use Trolleywise to collect their abandoned trolleys. We will pass reports of these trolleys to Trolleywise for collection.
For all other trolleys, we will collect them as soon as possible.
Love Rushmoor mobile app
As well as our Love Rushmoor website, we have a mobile app that allows you to report environmental problems while out and about. Visit our Love Rushmoor mobile app page for more information and to find out how to download it.
