Most of our allotments have access to water from taps from April to October. We have a four-week notice period for unworked plots.
Cost of an allotment
New allotment plot charges come into effect in October each year and are rounded to the nearest pound. We send out invoices annually at the beginning of October.

Annual cost increases
Costs for all allotment plots will increase by the Retail Price Index annually.
Sheds
You can get permission from us to erect a small shed (up to 1.8 metres x 1.2 metres) on your plot.
Please complete our shed application form and we will confirm with you if you can erect your shed.
