Delivery plan for 2026-28

We agreed our delivery plan for 2026-28 in February.

Along with our monitoring of the council’s performance data each quarter, we will be monitoring the performance of the delivery plan activities.

Delivery plan 2025/26

We agreed our Delivery Plan for 2025/26 in July 2025. Along with our monitoring of the council’s performance data each quarter, we have been monitoring the performance of the delivery plan activities.

• The quarter two monitoring report was considered at Cabinet 25 November 2025
• The quarter three monitoring report was considered at Cabinet 10 February 2026

Council plan 2023-26

The Council approved the Council Plan 2023 to 2026 on 6 July 2023. The 2023-26 council plan was in place for two years and was replaced by the delivery plan from 2025/26.

• The quarter two monitoring report was considered at Cabinet 26 November 2024
• The quarter three monitoring report was considered at Cabinet 11 February 2025
