We have been informed that Active Nation UK Limited have ceased operation of the Alpine Snowsports Centre, as of 2 April.
The centre is closed while the council awaits further news from Active Nation about their plans. We then need to spend some time assessing the options for the future of the facility.
Active Nation, a wellbeing charity, has operated the snowsports centre in Gallwey Road on behalf of the council for many years.
Information for customers
We have asked Active Nation what customers should do about booking refunds but have not heard back from them so far. We continue to contact them. In the meantime, you should consider all events are cancelled until further notice.
