The scheme offers grants of up to £1,000 for not-for-profit organisations, that work with our communities in Aldershot and Farnborough.
Applying for a grant
Applications for grants up to £1,000 for not-for-profit organisations, that work with our communities in Aldershot and Farnborough are now open, and will close on 31 October. The aim of this grant scheme is to provide flexible funding for your project that will make a difference to local people's lives. It is open to a wide variety of organisations that are active in our Rushmoor community that address at least one of these themes:
• Improving physical and mental health
• Helping with economic hardship
• Easing cost of living pressures
• Improving the sense of community belonging
How much is available?
We have £20,000 in total available for this grant. Your organisation can apply for between £100 to £1,000.
Funding can be for projects that benefit Aldershot and Farnborough or for those that benefit a specific ward. You may like to speak to your ward councillors before making an application, and to tell us in your application if they support the application.
How to apply
To apply, please download our Supporting Communities Grant Application Form (Word), complete it and email it back to us, using the instructions on the form. Your organisation can only apply for one grant. A panel will decide the grant awards by early December, and you will then have up to twelve months to complete your project.
