Local validation list

Before you apply for planning, check our local validation list to see what documents you should include with your application. If you don't send the correct documents your application will be invalid.

Apply online

You can apply for planning permission through the national Planning Portal.

Apply by post or email

If you would rather apply by post or directly by email, download the forms you need from the Planning Portal - Paper forms web page, fill them in and send/email them back to us. You can pay the fee online
