Statutory statements (returns)
Any registered society carrying out a small society lottery must send us a statutory statement, also known as a return, within three months of the day on which the lottery draw (or the last draw) takes place.
Making statements available for inspection
You can ask at the council offices to see a hard copy of any statutory statement or confirm if a society holds a licence.
