Parking for disabled drivers

If you are disabled or have problems getting around, you may be able to apply for a blue badge.

Coronavirus (COVID-19)

To help prevent the spread of coronavirus and keep our customers and staff safe, we have temporarily suspended all parking charges in our car parks and on-street parking.

This means you do not need to pay to park in any of the council-run car parks or on-street parking in Aldershot, Farnborough and North Camp and our machines are switched off.

In addition, we will no longer be issuing parking permits  or visitor permits - please continue to use your existing annual permits even if they have expired.

We will also no longer  be issuing any penalty charge notices (PCNs).

We would ask everyone to be considerate of others when parking and to make sure that emergency service vehicles are able to get access to all roads.

Please visit our Coronavirus (COVID-19) page for more information about how the pandemic is affecting our services.

If you have a blue badge, you can park in designated parking bays  throughout Aldershot and Farnborough and, in some circumstances, park on single or double yellow lines.

To apply for a blue badge please visit the Hampshire County Council - Blue badge website.

Parking charges for blue badge holders in our car parks

All blue badge holders have to pay parking charges in our car parks. This change came into effect on 1 November 2014.

You can park in on-street parking spaces free-of-charge in appropriate locations without any restrictions as long as you display a valid blue badge.

For more information visit our Blue badge parking in council car parks page.
