Applying online

You can apply for planning permission through the national Planning Portal.

Applying by post

If you would rather apply by post, download the forms you need from the Planning Portal - Paper forms web page, fill them in and send them back to us. You will also find notes available to help you with your application.

Local requirements list

If you are sending your forms to us by post, you must check our local requirements  to see what documents you should include with your application. If you don't send the correct documents your application will be invalid.
