New affordable homes are set to become available in Aldershot town centre as part of the Union Yard regeneration scheme.
The new homes, managed by housing provider VIVID, include 47 social housing flats and 35 shared ownership flats at Union Yard, helping to provide more housing choice for local people and support the continued regeneration of Aldershot town centre.
Union Yard has transformed a key town centre site with new homes, student accommodation, flexible commercial and retail space, a public square and Makers’ Yard creative workspace for small and independent businesses.
The affordable homes at Union Yard offer a mix of one-bedroom and two-bedroom flats in the heart of Aldershot, close to local shops, services, leisure facilities and the railway station.
Social housing will be available via the council’s choice-based lettings scheme, while shared ownership homes will be available through VIVID.
