Coronavirus (COVID-19) - arrangements for attending funeral services
In line with the government's advice, we have made the following changes to the funeral services at the crematorium:
- A maximum of 16 mourners can attend a service - only the nearest and dearest should attend a funeral
- Chairs in the chapel have been placed to comply with social distancing guidelines
- Hand sanitiser is available and must be used by all mourners to use before entering the chapel
- Mourners should wait in their vehicles before the service (the waiting room is closed to comply with social distancing)
- The Bereavement Service office is open for enquiries, by phone, email and post. Unfortunately, you cannot visit the office at the moment
