Well, the heatwave is certainly here, and this hot weather is predicted to last all weekend. As a result, we are expecting it to be very busy at our lovely lido as there is no better place to cool down from the extreme heat!
Please park responsibly in either the lido car park within the lido grounds, or one of the overflow car parks, such as Aldershot Crematorium or Aldershot Park car park. Staff will be outside directing people to spaces and trying to assist.
Parking will be limited, so if it is possible, please try to either walk to the site, be dropped off or use public transport (the number 15 bus) where possible.
We also have our Walk this Waste bulky waste van collecting bulky waste at various collection points around Aldershot Park on Saturday morning, from 7.30am, so please be aware that there may be pedestrians walking bulky items as well as people trying to access the lido.
