Thank you for your interest in booking a stall at the Armed Forces Day national event on Saturday 27 and / or Sunday 28 June.

We welcome applications from military, craft, gift, food, drink, charity and community stalls. Due to licensing restrictions we cannot offer you a stall, if you are selling alcohol to be drunk off-site (for example, packaged as a gift).

Pitches start from £75 per 3x3m space.

Before you begin

Please make sure that you have read our Stallholder information pack (PDF) before you apply.

As you fill in the form, we will request the following information:

  • Your contact details
  • Details about your stall and what you are promoting or selling
  • Photo of your stall set-up and your products
  • A public liability insurance certificate and risk assessment to upload
  • If you are selling food, a food hygiene rating
  • If you plan to cook with LPG, your current gas safety certificate

All stallholders must have their own public liability insurance cover of at least £5m. Please email AFD2026@rushmoor.gov.uk if you have any questions regarding insurance. We are unable to provide insurance cover for stallholders.
