Find out when all the family fun will be happening in Aldershot on Saturday 6 June. Including the carnival parade and timetables of live entertainment.
Carnival parade
This year’s carnival parade will be a vibrant fairy‑tale spectacle, filled with dazzling costumes and story inspired characters. We’re celebrating our town and the unique stories of people from near and far who shape our vibrant community.
The magical procession leaves Princes Hall at 11am and makes its way to the High Street multi‑storey car park, led by Aldershot’s own Queen Victoria, Betty Bryce, guiding a lively parade of more than 1,000 local people.
Parade route
The parade starts at Princes Hall, goes along Princes Way, then turns left and travels down the High Street.
It ends at the High Street multi-storey car park, near the Naafi roundabout.
Market stalls
Over 60 handmade craft, gift, delicious street food and community stalls will fill the town centre. From hand‑crafted donuts to brilliant biltong, sparkling jewellery to heavenly homewares, there’s something for every adventurer’s shopping list. So grab your bags and set off on a treasure‑hunt through the town centre - you never know what wonders you’ll find!
Plus, don't miss the new street food zone in Princes gardens, celebrating global flavours.
