We welcome applications from craft, gift, food, drink and community stalls.

Before you begin

Please make sure that you have read our stallholder information pack (PDF), which contains our terms and conditions.

Please have the following information and the following documents ready:

  • Your contact details
  • Details about your stall and what you are promoting or selling
  • A public liability insurance certificate and risk assessment to upload
  • If you are selling food, a food hygiene rating to upload
  • If you are selling alcohol, a personal licence to upload
  • If you plan to use a gas powered generator, your current gas safety certificate
  • If you are selling items, photos of your stall set-up and products
