Energy efficiency standards for private rented housing.
The government has introduced minimum energy efficiency standard for those in the private rented sector.
The regulations mean that all rented properties must have an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) of A to E. Any property with an EPC of F or G must not be rented out.
