We can collect large unwanted household items from £44 for up to 3 items. We may charge more for some bigger items, but we will tell you how much when you make your booking.

Before making your booking, have you considered giving your item to someone, who could make use of it?
You could donate to the following local charities, or advertise your item via social media or online selling platforms:
What we can and can't collect
We can collect:
- Bed base / frames (mattresses are a separate item)
- Carpets (please roll or fold – no more than 3)
- Furniture
- Household electrical items (washing machines, fridges and freezers)
- Baths
- Fences and greenhouses
We can't collect:
- DIY, construction and demolition waste
- Boilers
- Oil and oil tanks
- Car tyres
- Chemicals, gas bottles and fire extinguishers
- Paint

You can also call our Customer Services team using the contact details at the bottom of this page. We accept all major debit and credit cards (excluding American Express).
Making a change or cancelling your booking
If you want to amend or cancel your booking, please phone our Customer Services team by 4.30pm, the working day before your collection is due. We cannot give refunds if we receive your request after this time.
