Hackney and private hire drivers from Aldershot and Farnborough were given a clean bill of health when they were tested for traces of illegal drugs.
The drivers were checked by licensing officers from Rushmoor Borough Council with support from Hampshire Constabulary’s road traffic team.
In all 13 drivers were checked without warning and all recorded a negative result.
The tests are carried out frequently to ensure licensed taxi drivers are fit to be carrying passengers in the borough.
Any drivers testing positive for drugs face immediate suspension and possible prosecution.
Anyone who suspects drug use by any taxi drivers should report it immediately to the council's licensing team by calling 01252 398 855 or by emailing licensing@rushmoor.gov.uk in confidence.
