If you have moved home, changed your name, or want to make a change to your voter registration please let us know so we can update your details on the electoral register. If you'd like to remove a name from your household, please email us at elections@rushmoor.gov.uk.

We need to receive evidence of your change of name. This can be a scanned copy or photograph of your marriage or civil partnership certificate, overseas marriage or civil partnership certificate, amended birth certificate or deed poll.

The image you upload must clearly show the change, be in JPG, PNG or PDF format and be less than 9MB in size.
