Residents' parking permits
How to apply for a residents' virtual parking permit in Aldershot or Farnborough.
Parking permits and visitor vouchers
If your home is in a residents' permit scheme area, you, or your landlord (on your behalf) can apply for a virtual parking permit to park near your home.
To find out if your property is in a residents permit scheme area, please see our table below. Not all properties are included in the permit scheme, this could be due to being a new build property or the renovation of an existing property.
How many permits you are entitled to will depend on the number of off-street parking spaces you have. In areas where there are limited parking spaces, you will only be able to have one permit per property.
A permit does not mean you have a specific place to park. It only allows you to park in the area, if there is space.
You can also apply for visitor vouchers, which have replaced our one-day visitor scratchcards
Virtual parking permit system
We now have a virtual parking permit system in Aldershot and Farnborough.
You can set up an online account to manage your residents' parking permits. This includes changing the vehicle registration number on your permit at any time.
You can also use it to buy visitor vouchers.
As permits are virtual, you will not receive a permit or visitor voucher to display in your car.
For more details, see our virtual parking permit scheme page.

Parking permits for houses in multiple occupation (HMOs)
We only issue parking permits and visitor vouchers for houses in multiple occupancy (HMOs) to the landlord or the agency managing the property.
The landlord or agent will be responsible for applying for, and distributing, the permits and visitor vouchers.
Changes to HMO permits
Following a review, we have changed the number of annual permits available to HMOs. This is so they match other properties in the permit zone.
