How a landlord can apply for parking permits for an HMO.

Important changes to on-street parking

On 1 April, all on-street parking, including parking charges and enforcement of parking restrictions, together with residents’ on-street parking areas, will transfer from us to Hampshire County Council

For details, see our Important parking and traffic management changes page.

We only issue parking permits and visitor vouchers for houses in multiple occupancy (HMOs) to the landlord or the agency managing the property.

The landlord or agent is responsible for applying for and distributing the permits.

How many HMO permits we'll issue

The number of annual permits available to HMOs is based on other properties in the permit zone.
