About our craft fayres

Whether you are looking for a unique gift, something for your home or some creation inspiration for your own projects - there is something for everyone.

Taking place on the first Saturday of the month, crafters set up along Queensmead in Farnborough town centre.

We welcome local crafters from across the area who would like to sell their handmade products in a town centre environment.

Craft fayre dates

The Farnborough craft fayre will take place on 6 April, 4 May, 1 June, 6 July, 3 August, 7 September, 5 October, 2 November and 7 December.

Craft fayres at Southwood Country Park

We are also organising with the Just Crafters group some craft fayres at Southwood Country Park. They are on Sunday 14 April, Sunday 28 July and Sunday 17 November. Please visit our Southwood craft fayres page for more information, including how to book your stall at these events.

Book a stall at our regular town centre craft fayre

We welcome local crafters from across the area who would like to sell their handmade products in Farnborough town centre. We'd love to hear from local crafters who would like to have a stall. Stall shares are welcome, but one crafter needs to be the main point of contact for correspondence and payment.

Our stall prices are:

• 3x3m gazebo £25
• 4x3m gazebo £37.50
• 6x3m gazebo £50

If you need electricity, this is an extra £2 a day. We can also help if you would like to arrange a stall share.

The cost includes:

• Gazebo hire
• Use of a table
• Parking for the stallholder

Stallholders will need to provide their own chairs, additional tables, tablecloths and any display equipment.

With your application, you will also need to give us your public liability insurance number (minimum cover needs to be £5 million) and a copy of your certificate.

We cannot confirm your booking unless payment has been made in advance by credit/debit card. We will not be able to refund the payment unless the craft fayre does not take place.
