Restrictions on what the centres will accept
The centres are also not accepting some materials. For details, see the household waste recycling centres information on Hampshire County Council's website.
Rushmoor has two recycling centres:
- Eelmoor Road, Farnborough (GU14 7QN)
- Ivy Road, Aldershot (GU12 4UA)
The sites are open seven days a week, all year except 25, 26 December and 1 January.
Just a reminder if you haven't already registered your vehicle for continued free access to Hampshire HWRCs, you must register by 1 September otherwise you may be charged. These measures were due to be enforced last Spring but were delayed due to the pandemic response. It's a quick and simple registration form here: Vehicle registration | Hampshire County Council (hants.gov.uk)
For full details of charges and a list of the items that can be accepted, please visit the Waste prevention and recycling page on the Hampshire County Council website.
