Growth incentive relief

We offer a discretionary rate relief to encourage business growth in Aldershot and Farnborough.

About growth incentive relief

We want to encourage business growth, the creation of new employment opportunities and to attract new businesses into the borough.

We also want to support out towns by encouraging new or expanding businesses into long-term vacant commercial properties.

To do this, we have introduced a discretionary business rate relief, pdf icon Growth incentive relief [144kb].
