Still time for Rushmoor residents to complete survey

Residents are being encouraged to give their views about what they enjoy about living in Rushmoor in a residents' survey - as well as things they'd like to see improved.

More than 600 people have already responded to the survey, but residents are being reminded that the survey closes on Sunday, 8 July.

The survey asks questions such as what makes Rushmoor a great place to live - the beautiful parks, friendly communities or good road and rail connections?

And it goes on to ask residents to share their experiences of the council so we can focus on delivering better services.

The survey is online on our Current consultations  page and should take around only ten minutes to complete.

There's also the opportunity for residents to sign up to receive news of future consultations.

Paper copies of the survey are available from the council offices in Farnborough and the Princes Hall in Aldershot.

Councillor Gareth Lyon, Rushmoor Borough Council's Cabinet member for Corporate and Democratic Services, said: "It's great to hear that so many residents have taken the time to gives us their thoughts on what they enjoy about living in our towns and also areas where perhaps we could do better.

"Our aim is to use the feedback we receive to continue improving our services. I would encourage anyone who has not done so yet to fill the survey in because they are helping to shape how our services are developing."
