Public hearings for the examination of the Rushmoor Local Plan

Information about the Rushmoor Local Plan public hearings which ran from 9 to 18 May, 2018.

Programme and arrangements

The inspector issued the pdf icon Final hearings programme [67kb] on 23 April, 2018.

The arrangements for the public hearings were set out in a pdf icon Letter from the Programme Officer [186kb] dated 23 April 2018.

Modifications to the plan

The council published a pdf icon Schedule of further proposed modifications [2Mb] to the submitted plan and these were considered alongside its statements during the hearing sessions.  

These have been superseded by the pdf icon proposed main modifications [941kb] that we published for public consultation on 7 September 2018. 

Actions for the council

During the hearing sessions, the inspector set pdf icon actions for the council [149kb]. We published our pdf icon response [2Mb] on 18 June.

Submission of new documents

All responses to the actions and any new documents are available to view on the examination library page (reference PS/RBC/0026 onwards).
