Aldershot calendar competition form

 
  1. Local people are being invited to pick up their cameras and get snapping for a chance to have their photo featured in the 2020 Aldershot calendar.

    The calendar is a great way to celebrate all that the town has to offer and will be made up of 12 photos of Aldershot taken by local people.

    Whether it is your favourite park, buildings, event, view or landmark in Aldershot, please send us your photos of the town throughout the seasons and be in with a chance of them being included in the calendar.

    You need to submit your entries for the competition before Friday 27 September.

        We need your personal information to process your Calendar Competition entry. By submitting your details and photo you are agreeing to the Calendar Competition terms and conditions and have given the council consent to process your information.

        You have the right to withdraw consent at any time. If you wish to do this, please use the contact details at the start of this notice. Please bear in mind that if you do so this may affect our ability to carry out tasks above that are for your benefit.

      • 3. Use for any other purposes

        If we need to use your information for any other purpose, we will normally inform you before using it, unless we believe you know about the new purpose already or there are legal reasons that prevent us from telling you.

      • 4. Will you pass my information to anyone else?

        There are certain circumstances under which we may disclose your personal information to third parties. For example when we are under a duty to disclose your personal information in order to comply with any legal obligation (for example to government bodies and law enforcement agencies).

        Your data will be held electronically and will not be stored in a country outside the UK. All paper records containing your personal information will be held securely in our filing systems and archives.

        We will normally keep your details in our current database for a period of 2 years after your original competition entry. Winners’ names and entries will be kept indefinitely as part of our archive or previous calendars.         If you do not provide your information we may not be able to provide the service you are asking for and your submitted entry will not form part of the judging process.
