Planning obligations and Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) supplementary planning document

This supplementary planning document will set out our approach to delivering infrastructure associated with new development in Rushmoor.

The Planning Obligations and Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) supplementary planning document (SPD) will support the future delivery of infrastructure in Rushmoor alongside new development.

It will be prepared alongside Community Infrastructure Levy charging schedule for Rushmoor.  You can find out more about the Community Infrastructure, including the timetable for introducing the levy, on our Details about the Community Infrastructure Levy  page.

The supplementary planning document will set out our priorities for infrastructure delivery and explain how Section 106 contributions and the Community Infrastructure Levy from new development will work alongside one another.

Consultation on the supplementary planning document

We will be asking for your views on the Planning Obligations and Community Infrastructure Levy supplementary planning document alongside a future Community Infrastructure Levy draft charging schedule.

Screening assessment

We have carried out an assessment, known as a screening process, to decide if we need a Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA) for the Planning Obligations and Community Infrastructure Levy SPD.  Our pdf icon screening assessment [135kb] identifies that an SEA would not be necessary.
