ITEMS FOR DECISION

Planning Applications

 To consider the Head of Planning Services' Report No. PLN0444 on planning applications recently submitted to the Council (copy attached with a copy of the index appended to the agenda).

Enforcement and Possible Unauthorised Development

To consider the Head of Planning Services' Report No. PLN0443 (copy attached) which reports on cases of planning enforcement and alleged unauthorised development.

Appointments to Standing Consultation Group

To appoint the Chairman or Vice-Chairman and one representative from each of the political groups to the Standing Consultation Group.   In 2003/04 the representatives appointed were Crs. N.M.J. Dewey (Liberal Democrat), Sue Dibble (Labour) and P.G. Taylor (Conservative).

Appointments to Development Monitoring Groups

(1) Kingsmead, The Mead, Firgrove Court and Land at Queensmead, Farnborough

To appoint the Chairman or Vice-Chairman and the three appropriate Ward Councillors to the Kingsmead, The Mead, Firgrove Court and Land at Queensmead, Farnborough Development Monitoring Group set up by the Committee during the 2004/05 Municipal Year.

(2) Manor Annex Site, Church Lane East, Aldershot

To appoint the Chairman, the three appropriate Ward Councillors and a representative of the Aldershot Manor Park Lobby for the Environment (A.M.P.L.E.) (or a stand-in deputy) to the Manor Annex Site, Church Lane East, Aldershot Development Monitoring Group set up by the Committee during the 2004/05 Municipal Year.

(3) Boots Distribution Depot, North Lane, Aldershot

To appoint the Chairman or Vice-Chairman and the three appropriate Ward Councillors to the Boots Distribution Depot Site, North Lane, Aldershot Development Monitoring Group set up by the Committee during the 2004/05 Municipal Year.

Appeals Progress Report

To receive the Head of Planning Services' Report No. PLN0442 (copy attached) on the progress of recent planning appeals.

Exclusion of the Public

To consider resolving:-

 That the public be excluded from this meeting during the discussion of the undermentioned item to avoid the disclosure of exempt information within the paragraph of Schedule 12A to the Local Government Act, 1972 indicated against such item:-

Former B&Q Site, Farnborough

 The Solicitor to the Council to report on the outcome of judicial review proceedings in respect of the former B&Q site.
