Airspace Change Proposal

TAG Farnborough Airport has submitted its Airspace Change Proposal to the CAA.

TAG Farnborough Airport has published Part B of its Airspace Consultation Feedback Report, giving details of the final proposed airspace design that it has been submitted to the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) for evaluation.

Part B of the feedback report, available on the consultation feedback report page of TAG's Airspace Change Proposal website, gives detail of changes to the airspace design or procedures that were considered, based on the responses TAG received during the consultation, which ran from 3 February to 12 May 2014.

TAG Farnborough Airport formally submitted its Airspace Change Proposal to the CAA on the 3 July 2015.

The proposal seeks to introduce 'controlled' airspace around the airport, which would involve some changes to flight paths for inbound and outbound aircraft.

Airspace Change Proposal is a formal CAA process that TAG Farnborough Airport is carrying out with the support of the CAA. It does not affect the planning controls in place for the operation of the airport.

This is not a Rushmoor Borough Council initiative, but is led by TAG Farnborough Airport. The council was a stakeholder during the consultation process and responded as a consultee.

You can find out more information and view the consultation feedback reports on the TAG Farnborough Airport Airspace Change Proposal website.
