Rushmoor Fireworks Spectacular
The Rushmoor Fireworks Spectacular is back - and it's free!
The Rushmoor Fireworks Spectacular, organised by Rushmoor Borough Council, will be returning to Manor Park, Aldershot on Saturday 29 October - and this year, admission is free.
The event has been held at Manor Park for more than 20 years and has grown to be one of the largest public fireworks events in the region, attracting between 7,000 and 10,000 people each year.
And thanks to the support of event partners Grainger plc and Barons BMW and MINI of Farnborough, the council is offering free admission to the annual event to make up for the disappointment of last year's cancellation because of forecast strong winds.
Limited capacity at Manor Park - arrive early
The capacity of Manor Park is limited. Please arrive early to avoid disappointment.
The format of the event will be slightly different to previous years, with gates opening at 5pm.
A large funfair, with catering vehicles offering food and refreshments, will be available leading up to the 20-minute firework spectacular, which will start at 7.30pm.
There will be no separate children's display or stage entertainment.
No sparklers, alcohol or dogs
You will not be allowed to bring sparklers, alcohol or dogs into the park with you.

There will also be free parking at the Aldershot Pools complex, which has 250 spaces and will take around 15 minutes to walk to Manor Park.

Fireworks and pets
We appreciate that many animals find fireworks scary. The RSPCA provides information and advice about fireworks and your pets on its website.
Thanks also go to 96.4 Eagle Radio and the Aldershot News and Mail for their continued support of the event.
