Full day-care schemes

For children aged four to 11 years - four year olds need to be at full-time school.

Wavell community playscheme

This is a council-run playscheme and takes place every school holiday, except Christmas.

The focus of the scheme is more of an 'active' scheme, where children choose the activities they do. Activities can include cooking and imaginative and creative play, indoors and outdoors.

Drinks, biscuits and fruit are provided during break times. You'll need to bring a packed lunch.

Connaught Leisure Centre playscheme

Children can take part in a range of sports, including badminton, short tennis, uni-hoc, kwik cricket, volleyball and football. There are also arts and crafts.

You'll need to bring a packed lunch.
