Aldershot senior citizens' forum

The Aldershot senior citizens' forum meets four times a year.

A typical forum meeting will include a guest presentation on a topical issue or a matter relating to council services, followed by an opportunity for discussion.

Topics of previous presentations and speakers have included the Aldershot Centre for Health, the Aldershot Urban Extension development, benefits for older people, Hampshire Police and Rushmoor Voluntary Services.

We also invite the forum members to give their views on our budget proposals and council priorities.

At each meeting, members have the chance to raise issues or ask questions about any matter which affects Rushmoor.

Councillor Frank Rust is the chairman.
