Our Directors' Management Board
Our Chief Executive and two directors make up our Directors' Management Board.
The role of the Directors' Management Board (DMB)
The Directors' Management Board work together to provide leadership to the organisation and to make sure it is well managed.
The board also provides support and guidance for our councillors in their role as community leaders.
Chief Executive
Andrew Lloyd has been Chief Executive since 1996 and has worked for the council since 1988.

Director of Resources
Peter Gardner has been Director of Resources since 1994 and has worked for the council since 1975. He is also Deputy Chief Executive.

Director of Community and Environment
Dave Quirk was promoted to Director of Community and Environment in January 2010 from the post of Head of Environmental Health.
