Organisational structure

The council is made up of three directorates, with departments that sit underneath them. We call our departments 'services'.

Work experience

We try to accept as many requests as we can to support our local community and  the council's purpose of 'working with others to improve the quality of people's lives'.

We will do our best to accommodate requests from students for work experience at the council.

However, we will give preference  to students who live or study in the borough.
