Rushmoor Core Strategy
This is the key document in the Rushmoor Plan. It sets out policies relating to the location, scale and timing of future development up to 2027.
We submitted the Core Strategy to the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government in March 2011.
An independent Planning Inspector considered the soundness of the document at a public examination during June 2011.
We received the Inspector's binding report, finding that the Core Strategy was sound, on 20 September 2011.
The Council agreed and adopted the Core Strategy on 6 October 2011.
